Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival - Mechelen
Travel from the Olten, Basel - Metz - Luxembourg - Namur region to Mechelen, check into the *** hotel. Dinner together in a restaurant near the hotel.
Day 2: Antwerp
After breakfast we travel to Antwerp, where we explore this interesting city of art and fashion on foot during a guided city tour. Lunch together at a special place in the harbour district. Afterwards, a guided bus tour of the huge harbour, which is of international importance. Afterwards, there will be free time for a shopping tour or a visit to the DIVA Diamond Museum, which will open in 2023. Antwerp is world-famous for the processing and trading of diamonds. Free dinner in Mechelen.
Day 3: From Bruges via the Belgian coast to Ghent
Today we set off in the direction of Bruges, also known as the "Venice of the North". Bruges is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Flanders. During a canal cruise, you will also experience the charm of the city from the water. Our journey continues to the queen of seaside resorts, Ostend. This city is strongly characterised by the sea and impresses with its extensive cultural and gastronomic offerings. Stroll along the seafront promenade and treat yourself to lunch in one of the many beach restaurants. In the afternoon we visit Ghent. Nowhere else can you find so much history per square metre in a completely car-free city centre. We enjoy dinner in a beautiful location before travelling back to the hotel in Mechelen.
Day 4: Journey home
Breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards we start our journey home. This will take us past Brussels-Luxembourg to the Metz-Nancy region, where we will enjoy lunch together before travelling through Alsace back to the Olten region,

The B&B ***Hotel is a modern hotel that opened in spring 2023. The hotel's location is particularly popular: the old town with its many restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away and the cathedral is only 900 metres away. Breakfast is served buffet style at the B&B.
