Discover over 150 beautifully illuminated chalets. In a fairytale setting with a view of Lake Geneva and the snow-capped mountains, the lovingly decorated and illuminated chalets stand along more than a kilometre of quay along the lakeshore. This is partially covered and offers visitors handicrafts, culinary specialities and thousands of gift ideas for Christmas. The lumberjack hut on the Place de l'Eurovision near the CGN boat landing stage in Montreux awaits you with its legendary lumberjack tea, mulled wine and delicious pizzas.
As the centre of the town and the Christmas market, the market square hosts numerous events every year.
It is also the ideal place to admire the famous flying Father Christmas. The covered market is a landmark of the city and is adorned with many illuminated decorations, making it a cosy place for the whole family.
