Europa-Park App
Download the official app to your smartphone before your visit to Europa-Park. With the app, you are always up to date on the shortest waiting times for the individual attractions and the start times of the next shows. A targeted search is also possible. Do you want to ride fast roller coasters or eat vegetarian food? Set the filters as you wish and you will see the matching results directly on the park map.
Shows at Europa-Park
Brochures with the daily changing shows are available free of charge in all information centres and at the main entrance. If you have found a show that you would like to visit, make sure that you are there 10 minutes before it starts. The doors close punctually at the start of the show and the number of seats is limited.
Sanitary facilities
Toilet facilities are located in every themed area, in front of the main entrance, at the restaurants and in all hotels.
Information material
You will receive the following information material free of charge at all information points in Europa-Park: Park map incl. show times ‘Attraction brochure’ Event calendar ‘EP-News’. You will also find information boards for show times, attractions and special daily programmes throughout Europa-Park.
Self-catering
You can bring food and drinks from home to Europa-Park. You will find cosy picnic areas throughout Europa-Park.
Single Rider
The Single Rider is a great option if you want to ride a rollercoaster alone and/or save time. Single Riders are available at ‘Wodan - Timburcoaster’, ‘Eurosat CanCan Coaster’, ‘Voletarium’, ‘Arthur’ and ‘blue fire Megacoaster powered by GAZPROM’. Please note that these are individual seats.
How to get there
Europa-Park is located directly in the border triangle of Germany, France and Switzerland and is only a few minutes' drive from the motorway, making the park easiest to reach by car. The more comfortable and safer option is to travel by coach. If you opt for this option, you will receive your tickets for Europa-Park on the coach. This allows you to enter the park directly after arrival without having to queue at the ticket office. In addition, travelling by car is much more environmentally friendly than by car. Travelling by train is also possible but not recommended, as the train is not only the slowest but also the most expensive way to get to the park.
Lockers and shopping service
It is possible to hire a locker at the main entrance for a fee. The park also has a variety of shopping facilities for gifts and souvenirs. Purchases made in the shops before 3 pm can be deposited free of charge at the main entrance (‘Information at the main entrance’).
Avoid long waiting times
Please note that many visitors start with the attractions located at the main entrance. It is therefore best to start from the ‘back’ of the park. For example, go to the Portuguese themed area first and ride the ‘Atlantica SuperSplash’ or the ‘Alpenexpress’. This often saves you long waiting times.
